Step 1: Create or Log into Your Account

First, create a Screenle account by clicking on "Sign Up" on our homepage or log into your existing account.

 

Step 2: Choose Your Interview Type

Go to your dashboard, navigate to “Interviews”, select “Create Interview” and pick the best format for your needs:

a. Edited: Customize your own set of questions for a specific job role.

b. AI-Generated: Allow AI to craft a question set tailored to a job description.

c. AI-Conducted: Let AI handle the entire interview process, including interaction with the interviewee.

 

Step 3: Send the Interview

After selecting the interview type, visit the “Send interview” tab.

a. For immediate self-conducted interviews, copy the link and paste it into your browser.

b. For external candidate evaluations, enter the candidate's email (or select it from your “Candidate” page) and click “Send the interview.”

 

Step 4: Prepare for the Interview

Proper preparation can greatly enhance the quality of your interview:

a. Device: Use a desktop or laptop for a stable connection. Smartphones are also acceptable.

b. Browser: Use an updated browser, preferably Chrome.

c. Camera & Mic: Test them before starting. You'll need to activate them during the interview.

d. Setting: Choose a quiet, well-lit space where your face is clearly visible.

e. Interaction: Speak clearly and directly address questions. If unsure, politely ask for clarification.

f. Privacy: Avoid sharing sensitive personal information.

g. Professionalism: Dress appropriately, keep responses concise, and maintain a formal demeanor.

h. Relax: It's natural to feel nervous, especially with AI. Breathe deeply and confidently showcase your skills.

 

Step 5: Conduct the Interview

Press “Start” to begin answering questions and “Stop” when done. Review your response, re-record if needed, or click “Next” for the next question.

A prompt will appear once the interview concludes. Aim for at least 20 seconds per answer for a thorough AI analysis.

 

Step 6: Review the Interview

After the interview, view the video records, and analyze the candidate's responses, as well as the AI's analysis.

 

Step 7: Add Comments or Modify the Evaluation

a. As a candidate practicing, add your own comments for future reference.

b. As an employer, add comments or adjust the evaluation on the “Review Interview” page for specific questions.
