Practicing: Candidates can utilize Screenle to simulate interviews, recording their responses to a wide range of questions. Screenle captures both the content and delivery of responses, including non-verbal cues, tone, and pace.

Getting Interviewed: When a company uses Screenle for their hiring process, candidates undergo a similar interview process as in practice mode. However, only the company has access to the evaluation of their performance.

In both scenarios, Screenle's AI system analyzes the candidate's responses against various parameters, such as confidence, coherence, and relevance of the response. Following this, an objective assessment is provided, aiding candidates in identifying areas for improvement.

 

For Companies:

Conducting Interviews: Companies can use Screenle to conduct and record interviews in an online setting, offering flexibility and accessibility.

Detailed Analysis: Screenle's AI system analyzes the recorded responses, considering not only the content but also the delivery of responses. This analysis is more detailed and profound than what's provided to candidates in practice mode.

Yes, you can use Screenle to only record audio and video of interviews. This feature allows you to review and analyze the interviews at your convenience. 
When creating an interview, simply select "Edit interview manually" and write your questions.

To get started with Screenle, simply create an account on our website, choose the plan that best suits your needs, and begin using our AI-powered interviewing tool to streamline your job screening process.

Screenle takes data security very seriously. We employ robust encryption and security measures to protect your information, and we adhere to strict privacy policies and guidelines.

Scheduling and conducting an interview with Screenle is simple and user-friendly. Follow these steps:

 

1. Sign In:

   - Log into your Screenle account.

   - If you don't have an account, click "Sign Up" on our homepage to create one.

 

2. Select an Interview Type:

   - On your dashboard, go to “Interviews” and select “Create Interview”.

   - Choose from three options:

     a. Edited: Create your own set of questions for a job.

     b. AI-Generated: Let our AI create questions based on a specific job description.

     c. AI-Conducted: Allow the AI to entirely conduct the interviews and interact with interviewees.

 

3. Send the Interview:

   - Go to the “Send interview” tab on the Interview edition page.

   - If you're a candidate taking the interview immediately:

     a. Copy the link from the “send interview” tab.

     b. Paste it into your web browser.

   - If evaluating an external candidate:

     a. Enter a candidate email or select it from the list if previously created candidates on your “Candidate” page.

     b. Click “Send the interview”.

 

4. Prepare for the Interview:

   - Device: A desktop or laptop is recommended. Smartphones work too.

   - Browser: Use an updated browser, preferably Chrome.

   - Camera & Mic: Test these beforehand. You'll be prompted to activate them during the interview.

   - Setting: Choose a quiet, well-lit space. Ensure your face is visible without shadows.

   - Interaction: Speak clearly, avoid jargon, and address questions directly. If unsure, say, "Sorry, I didn't understand your question."

   - Privacy: Avoid sharing sensitive personal data.

   - Professionalism: Treat this like a traditional interview – dress formally, be concise, and directly address questions.

   - Relax: Being nervous is natural. Breathe deep and showcase your skills confidently.

 

5. Conduct the Interview:

   - Click “Start” to begin and “Stop” after answering each question.

   - Review your response, re-record if needed, or press “Next” for subsequent questions.

   - A prompt will confirm the interview's conclusion. Aim for at least 20 seconds per answer for optimal AI analysis.

 

6. Review the Interview:

   - After completion, view the video records, review the responses, and check the AI analysis.

 

7. Add Comments or Modify the Evaluation:

   - If practicing, add your comments for later review.

   - If you're an employer, add comments or modify the evaluation on the “Review Interview” page for specific questions.
